Russia’s largest solutions integrators, has agreed to be a distribution channel
and a system integrator for CosmoCom’s flagship software product, CosmoCall
Universe™. The deal strengthens CosmoCom’s regional support for current
customers and creates many new opportunities.
In forging this partnership, Open Technologies and CosmoCom are responding to
the rapid growth of contact centers in the Russian and CIS markets. The
multi-tenant nature of the CosmoCall Universe platform makes it particularly
attractive in this region, as many enterprises there prefer hosted services to
